All skincare and makeup items listed are ones I personally use and that work really well for my very sensitive dermatitis-prone skin.  That being said, every Spoonie is completely different and beautifully unique, so these are only my suggestions from my online research and personal experience, and I just hope they can give you some guidance on what might work for you.

All products listed above are gluten-free and hypoallergenic (to the best of my knowledge, but ingredient lists may change.) Almost all products listed above are organic and natural. However, there are a few products listed such as the AHA lotion to treat Keratosis Pilaris that are not organic, because I have not yet found an equal or better organic product.

If you have a salicylate sensitivity, Cleure sells FANTASTIC completely salicylate-free, hypoallergenic skincare products. To read more about my obsession with the Cleure Refining Facial Mask and what it did for my skin, click here. When I travel, all I pack for shower essentials is this amazing 3-in-1 shampoo, face and body wash. The sample size is so easy to just throw in your bag, and I never have to worry about being allergic to the products provided by the  hotel! For makeup,  I suggest Illuminare Cosmetics. It’s this really innovative liquid mineral makeup, and their blush colors could not be any more perfect, especially for lighter, cool toned skin!

If you have Lupus, Mast Cell, or similar Autoimmune Diseases, I highly suggest Vapour Organic Beauty for both skincare and makeup. I suggest this Vapour Moisturizer to get rid of Lupus spots and Eczema spots on your face, or to calm and treat Sebacious Dermatitis and Acne (Cystic Acne included). For dry skin, order the Atmosphere Luminous Foundation. For oily skin, order the Atmosphere Soft Focus Foundation. I have combination skin and go back and forth between both. My shade is 115. For the best dang natural highlight on this planet, order the Halo Illuminator. Amen.

If you suffer from Cystic Acne and/or Sebacious Dermatitis, Tarte Amazonian Clay 12-Hour Full Coverage Foundation is amazing! It is extremely high coverage from very little product, it actually rebalances the oils in the skin, and doesn’t clog your pores or make the acne worse but rather the clay in it helps clean out your pores.

If you have highly sensitive skin and prefer powders to cream makeup products, Alima Pure is my go-to for beautiful powders that don’t itch or irritate my sensitive skin at all (for once!). They have the best range of bronzing and contour colors for pale skin, an amazing dupe for the Anastasia Contour Kit in shade Light.

If you have Keratosis Pilaris, Eczema, or both, use this DCL AHA 20% lotion two times a day.

With great love,
